Weblogs (or blogs) are great ways for  businesses and advocacy groups to get their message out fast. No computer expertise is needed to post a comment on a blog, plus, due to the nature of blogs, news moves very fast. 


 

Technorati tracks what's happening on blogs, millions of them.  Blogs, in addition to their regular format, also  publish in a format called RSS. Sites like Technorati read those feeds, making your blog content immediately searchable.

RSS is why blog news travels fast. But you don't need to understand this to blog, it's done automatically for you!

We also design and manage weblogs in WordPress and Movable Type, and can create a template customized for you, and assist in installation, maintenance, and conversion from other blog platforms.

Several of our sites are political advocacy sites, and we welcome work with such organizations.

How to drive people away from your website

Put audio on the homepage that can not be turned off.

Force web surfers to listen to the same audio every time they return to the home page.
Use lots of animated graphics. If people get distracted from reading your webpage because your clever graphics are blinking at them, well, they should concentrate more.

Use really big font sizes and wildly clashing colors to attract attention. Or, if you have an avant-garde site, use dark red on black to insure complete unreadability.

Make users hunt for contact information and hide how to buy what you are selling.

Force them to watch your lengthy Flash animation introduction. Do not have a skip intro option.
